Always made more complex than seemed necessary, Sage is unifying and simplifying their previously-referenced maintenance, subscription, support plans across multiple product lines.

These changes are not effective until April 11, 2011 and the agreement you currently have in place will not be affected until it is renewed after April 12, 2011.

Maybe the most relevant change is the move to brand all plans “Business Care” eliminating the primary confusion. The changes will also create three tiers of software service: Sage Business Care Gold, Sage Business Care Silver, and Sage Business Care Bronze.
